Where it started

The concept behind Seabhac.io stemmed from experiences with site reliability engineering and infrastructure operations settings, where awareness of an issue before everyone else becomes the bare minimum requirement. This way of thinking drives the entire construction of the platform.

The continuous frustration came down to the same thing smaller teams always ran into the same issue, whereby those monitoring systems that actually work were designed for large corporations and priced as such. Everything else was either too limited or designed to upsell features.

The gap in the market

Established monitoring vendors have well-established pricing which is to say, expensive. DMARC reporting? That's a separate product. Blacklist monitoring across 50+ DNSBL servers? An add-on. Domain expiry tracking? Another upsell.

The principle behind Seabhac.io was quite different because all that information should come as a standard and not in the form of a premium package. Email health, DNS reputation, and infra monitoring are all linked together because they represent an overall picture of your services' performance.

How it's built

Seabhac.io is designed around simplicity first. Creating a monitor, setting an interval, and wiring up alerts takes two minutes, not an afternoon reading documentation. The UI is intentionally direct: add what you want to monitor, choose how often, pick where alerts go.

DNSBL monitoring and DMARC aggregate report ingestion are built into the core, not bolted on. Every plan including the free tier gets DMARC reporting, blacklist checks across 50+ lists, and the same alert pipeline used for uptime and SSL monitoring.

The platform is hosted in the EU and built to be GDPR-compliant from day one.
